The basic design concept of this cafe came from its name ‘ BLACK’ itself. Architects opted for the complete opposite of black colour while designing the interior of this cafe. Another strategic reason of choosing Bright cheerful colours and hjemisphere shapes throughout the interior was to stand out from the surroundings. As this cafe is located in an old building, using bright colours and strong geometrical language distinguishes the cafe from its surrounding old shops and buildings.
